 Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate all of our clients, we require a minimum notice of 72 hours for any cancellations.

Refund Policy:

  

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

At Odyssey Universal, we strive to provide exceptional moving services tailored to meet your specific needs. Please be advised that our company does not issue refunds for any unused time on moving jobs. We encourage our customers to carefully estimate the time required for their move based on the size and complexity of the task at hand.

Hazardous Items


Movers from Odyssey Universal have the right to refuse the movement of hazardous items. Hazardous items are defined as any item deemed too large, too heavy, too fragile, or any item that poses a risk of damage to the mover, their partner, the item itself, or the surroundings. The determination of a hazardous item is made solely at the discretion of the Odyssey Universal movers handling the job.
