No Refunds for Unused Time on Moving Related Jobs
At Odyssey Universal, we strive to provide exceptional moving services tailored to meet your specific needs. Please be advised that our company does not issue refunds for any unused time on moving jobs. We encourage our customers to carefully estimate the time required for their move based on the size and complexity of the task at hand.
Movers from Odyssey Universal have the right to refuse the movement of hazardous items. Hazardous items are defined as any item deemed too large, too heavy, too fragile, or any item that poses a risk of damage to the mover, their partner, the item itself, or the surroundings. The determination of a hazardous item is made solely at the discretion of the Odyssey Universal movers handling the job.
Insurance coverage for services is a separate, optional product that must be purchased prior to the job. Moving jobs completed without the purchase of insurance is considered an uninsured job. For uninsured jobs, Odyssey Universal, personnel are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or breakage to items, property, or belongings, whether occurring before, during, or after the move. By proceeding without insurance, the customer accepts full responsibility for all associated risks.
